6

Open the NCAA Transfer Portal

Open a new browser tab and go to the NCAA Transfer Portal as you normally would. The Transfer Athletes extension will automatically activate when the portal loads.

7

Search athletes with one click

You now have two ways to search:

  • Search one athlete — click the blue logo next to any athlete's name.
  • Search the whole page — click Search All at the top right.
Select R A MT DSA Reset Search Display 50 rows (1-50 of 98 entries) Previous 1 2 Next Search All (50) TWL Year NCAA ID First Name Last Name Date Institution Sport Status 2025-26 2107262007 MAYA JOHNSON 12/01/25 Belmont Softball Active 2025-26 2010948164 ERIN NUWER 12/01/25 Tennessee Softball Active 2025-26 2009926129 SAGE MARDJETKO 11/26/25 Tennessee Softball Active
Click the logo next to a name, or "Search All" to run the whole page.
Pro tip: Change the row count from 50 to 500 athletes per page on the Transfer Portal. That way "Search All" can pull up to 500 athletes at once.

Your results open in your Transfer Athletes dashboard, where you can sort by Prospect Score, filter by state and position, and add custom columns.

Use the Columns button to add stats and details to your view.

If something isn't working

Quick troubleshooting

Searches aren't working when I click the blue logo or Search All
Click the extension icon at the top right of your browser, log out, log back in, then refresh the Transfer Portal page and try again.
The "Search All" button is greyed out and won't run
Click to a different page (like page 2), then click back to your original page. This usually unsticks it.
A search seems stuck or won't finish
Refresh the page and give it a few seconds to load. The button should turn blue once the page is ready.
I'm seeing missing or incomplete stats on some athletes
We update athletes and their stats on a regular schedule, so newer entries may have incomplete info that fills in later. Check back in a day or two.
The extension isn't showing up at all
Make sure you're using Chrome or Microsoft Edge — Safari is not supported. Then revisit Step 4 to make sure the extension is pinned.
